IIMB bba dbe + [ cfa / offline bba from tier 2 college ]

I have given IPMAT and couldn't convert any IIMs, have no other options other than going to a tier 2 college. Well i have good confidence that i can clear iimb bba dbe (). For now, I'm thinking to do iimb dbe along side that tier 2 college. But i am also thinking ki iimb ke saath cfa/frm karu toh? Acutally my main concern is to build a good profile for cat/ mba as i didn't get into tier1 college. But getting the exposure of offline college experience is necessary . Please help me out
