Trying to Create a Combat Patrol League at the Launch of 11e 😵
Long story short, I've wanted to create a Combat Patrol League at my local LGS for some time and figured the launch of 11th would be a great time. I didn't realize that many of the combat patrols would not have their rules updated, and now I'm a little lost. I'm hoping I can get some pointers for:
Is there a database for 10th Edition Combat Patrols?
Since some of the most recent combat patrols don't even have rules updates for 11th (I play Tyranids and there's no Assault Brood rules even though that's the box that's on the shelf these days?), my thought is our league can use 10th Edition rules up until GW expands the lists available for play in 11th. I'm having trouble finding rules for some boxes though, namely for old Astra Militarum Drayden's Lance and Death Korps of Krieg boxes. It looks like Warhammer Community only has 11th Edition links available at the moment - is there a way to access the old 10th download links? A resource here would be super helpful as I'm trying to compile a list of PDFs for prospective league players.
Do we have any kind of timeline for when 11th will incorporate new Combat Patrols?
It would be nice to be able to let people know when we could viably make the switch to 11th, as I'm sure people are most excited to run the new edition.
All in all any advice for building a league would also be welcome. Thanks!
