Hey everyone! I hope we're all well. I took my first dose Monday, 0.25 to kick it off and my god, my head has never felt so silent. I've ALWAYS thought about food, a little "ooo just grab that" or "hmm just nibble this". I know it's early days but I've never felt like this and it feels really...peaceful.
