Recently got a new computer and finally got around to setting up Reaper. When I plug my guitar into my interface (Scarlett Solo), there is a large delay of like 200ms. I do not remember this being an issue on my previous computer. I am literally at entirely stock settings for everything, so maybe there is something I changed on my last computer that I didn't do on thils. ThankS!
