Had a few unsuccessful attempts at getting the colours right and some cure fails, but these blanks shelled up real good and the colours are a match!
This bird makes my life hell but he is very cute and funny sometimes and has a fantastic colour palette!
Because we all know the joy of being happy with the shiny rocks when they come out 🩵✨️
My boy got bit by my other bird, I am always there to supervise when they're both out but they just had it in for each other one morning and I was too slow :(
Anyway my pidge got his cere nipped, it bled a little but dried quick and has had a little scab healing but last night he was play fighting and knocked it and it bled more. I carefully dabbed a tiny bit of corn starch into it to help, but it looks like during the night he opened it again and bled more. I feel terrible, his poor little nose! Hasn't bled any more today but its a fair chunk of a scab now and I thought I better ask what others would do!
