Before I hear all crazy aluminum welding comments. These frames are 6061 aluminum 2mm thick walls. There is none of the bs people ramble about from 20 year old outdated info on welding 7074 aluminum frames that are oven baked on higher end bicycle frames from 70's. Not relevant info as china don't use this type of tempered materials on these cheaply made frames. 😆 With that said. Each weld has a solid plug 2 inches long that was cut .5mm over tubing inside id. Frozen in nitrogen and interference fit each joint. Then was tig welded. More supports will be added later.
