Turning a plain-English business request into a HighLevel build guide
Snapshot Engine is a tool I built that takes a description of what a business needs and generates step-by-step instructions for building the system in HighLevel.
The output includes:
- Pipelines, stages, and their connected automations.
- Workflow triggers and actions.
- Custom fields, tags, forms, calendars, and message templates.
- A connection map showing how the pieces fit together.
- Post-install configuration and testing checklists.
In the walkthrough I show exactly how it works from start to finish and everything in between.
It generates the build instructions; you still implement and test the system inside HighLevel.
One use is turning a client consultation into a solid plan they can review before implementation. Another is giving whoever handles the build a documented sequence to follow, including what needs checking afterward.
I recorded a video walkthrough showing an existing guide I had already created and then I run the engine to generate a complete snapshot overview and build guide from scratch if you’d like to see how it works: https://youtu.be/5ns4qjtyqqc?si=0_9O1I-PP0pzVgay
