Hiring interns shouldn’t feel harder than hiring full-time employees 😅

I’m building #SpiderSkill, a platform focused on helping founders and early-stage startups find interns smoothly and quickly.

The idea came from seeing how time-consuming intern hiring becomes for small teams and solo founders:

• too many low-quality applications
• slow communication
• hard to find genuinely skilled students
