Sorry if stupid question, relatively new player. Please forgive me if incorrect terminology used.

Scenario; 4 player game of commander.

Player 1 passes priority from main phase 1, declaring wants to move into combat phase.

Player 2 flashes an enchantment that goads.

Does priority pass back to player 1 or go around the table to player 3?

Also

Does player 1 get another chance to play a sorcery speed spell again before combat or not since already declared moving into combat?

I don’t know if players interacting at the end of a phase resets it if you like, so player 1 ends up in main phase 1 again able to do whatever before declaring to end the phase again?

Sorry if I’ve made the question harder than it needs to be.
