I'm a psychology student wanting law but realized I have developmental delay disorder so I'm shy to expose myself to the world and also ask for help how do I manage this

I have this strict major subject teacher who is uncomfortable of me due to my developmental delay disorder and that I took bs psychology and I look very young like a kid in college. I'm male 21 years old. She keeps calling me because she wants to test my capabilities and memory. Because of my disorder. How do I handle this? I very much hate her so much.

Did I make the wrong decision transferring to national university? I'm an irregular shiftee and I transferred from University of San Carlos here in cebu. I took bs it but shifted now to bs psychology here in NU. Currently a student here, the facilities are nice in social media but in the actual it looks so plain. The grading system is bad. Many people said they regret transferring to nu. So will I regret mine?
