Egypt Actions
Action 1: Urban redevelopment of Cairo's super-slums
The al-Sisi government decides to establish temporary refugee camps to accommodate and protect the local population. Meanwhile, the old, gigantic "super-slums" will be demolished using dynamite; the rubble will be cleared away within a few days. In less than a month, the area will be rebuilt with taller buildings, better-organized commercial spaces, and a drastic reduction in slums. This operation will require a medium-to-high financial effort, considering that the intervention will focus exclusively on the Cairo megacity.

Action 2: Development of Next-Generation Military Helicopters
The government decides to fund research into the development of new military helicopters equipped with an integrated launch system for drones and missiles. This system will serve both to neutralize enemy military aircraft and to intercept surface-to-air missiles that threaten the helicopter itself. The technical specifications include: a 10-person load capacity, four missiles, 30 mini-drones, four machine guns, protected side rotor blades, and an armored cabin.
Action 3: Qattara Depression Water and Infrastructure Project
The government decides to launch a monumental, high-budget project: the creation of a single artificial canal (a river) connecting the sea to the Qattara Depression. Once the canal is opened, the flow of water will intersect with some existing road arteries; for this reason, bridges will be promptly built for the main crossings, while secondary roads will be developed to divert and allow vehicle traffic to flow smoothly.
