Looking for external help to investigate an issue with one of the freezones in Sharjah.

The investor’s name was entered incorrectly by someone in their team, and the investors visa and emirates ID were issued incorrectly. Now it’s all on us. Loss of money and time.

We believe a separate, independent authority is needed to investigate this matter properly. At this stage, we are also being forced to spend additional money just to have the issue rectified.

If anyone has dealt with something similar or can recommend an external body that can review this independently, any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
