I play valorant on a t480 thinkpad and i used to get very good fps but these past few weeks my fps keeps tunneling when I interact with enemies like say I hear them then my fps drops to 1 or 2 and then i die or accidentally teleport somewhere weirdly does anyone know a fix? I thought it was an overheating issue and had my lap serviced still no

Some days when i restart my laptop multiple times valorant works very smoothly
