PC will not boot after cleaning ram.

My PC had a CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED error. I tried Win 11 startup repair, auto repair, and of course uninstall updates. My IT friend said let's try cleaning the ram. We did that. He scolded me for have two very different types of ram. Okay, fair.

So we went with the better ram to clean and re-install, and then the EZ Debug CPU light came on in white led. Fans, GPU lights and case lights working. No booting showing up on monitor. Monitors don't detect anything. Keyboard and mouse not on.

We went through turning on and off different ways with different ram sticks. Nothing. Did that process again after checking the wires were good, nothing. Let it run for 30 minutes nothing but lights and fans.

We're stumped. Me, 3 different IT friends later are all confused. It was working fine, except the last month with the error. Months before that I had updated the Bios and installed Win 11.

The Build:

Motherboard - MSI B450M Max Wifi

GPU - MSI Radeon RX 5700 Gaming X

CPU - AMD 7 5000 series

Ram: 2 x 16gb Corsair Vengeance DDR4 and

2 x 8gb Adata

PSU: 1000W NXT

Drives:

Samsung 870 EVO 1TB

External hard drive Seagate 2TB

And one not installed Samsung SSD 1GB, I think.

The goal: get it to boot regularly so we can fix any other software issues and debloat Win 11.

I have ordered thermal paste in case we need to take out the CPU.
