My greatest achievement.
I have a work trip that I'm going on and although it's a great opportunity and the work trip involves what I've been working towards my entire life, I'm sad to be leaving my 3 year old son and wife at home while I'm gone for a week.
What I mostly want to brag about is that my son asked my wife if they can go to the store and get snacks for me so we can have a movie night. (He obviously used this opportunity to his advantage and picked everything he wanted saying "mom, I think Dad would really like these")
Then he requested to watch a movie that was obviously for him. He was so excited to show me all the snacks and I thanked him and have him a hug.
He told me I'm his best friend and he's going to miss me while I'm gone.
Having that little guy as my best friend is better than all the achievements I've ever gotten through my work.
