How are people actually tracking warranties and product info from manufacturer websites?

I’ve been working on a small app for keeping track of warranties, manuals, and maintenance info, and the hardest part has been getting reliable product info from manufacturer websites.
A lot of them are inconsistent, hard to search, or hide the useful details in PDFs, email receipts, or messy product pages. Some sites make it easy to find model info, others don’t show warranty terms clearly at all.
I’m curious how other people handle this right now:
• Do you save receipts manually?
• Do you rely on email search?
• Do you use a notes app, spreadsheet, or something else?
• What’s the most annoying part of finding warranty or support info later?
I’m trying to understand the real workflow people use today before I keep building this out.
