I have a ryobi weedeater that is giving me a fit. It cranks and idles but will not get up to speed to cut anything without choking out.

Work done so far:
replaced carb
new fuel lines
new spark plug
new air filter
cleaned exhaust mesh
dumped old fuel and replaced with fresh new fuel

can y'all think of anything else I can do? It feels like it's not getting enough fuel or something but there's no adjustment screws on the carb that I have been able to find. I'm stumped.
