I am looking for a movie i saw around 2012-2015ish. The one scene i remember is that there was a police officer on a lake dock at night. She(?) was shining her flashlight patrolling around and when the beam of light hit the water there was a person in the water being held by some creature who I think bit into the person’s neck. I know I couldn’t have possibly dreamt of this!
