I've clustered my French-Canadian/Puerto Rican matches

My dad is private about his dad so I've had to rely on Ancestry's tools.

I've had the Southwest Québec French settlers journey (originally Southeast) since they first released journeys as "Communities". I have an 88 cm cousin with a more specific southwest Québec journey region and my fullblood French-Canadians cousins run at 8-14 cm and are unassigned except for one maternal, but it's possible closer ones are buried. I have two cousins at 51(paternal) and 59 cm (unassigned) shared and have 9/10 fullblood cousins in common with them out of 90 I've added to a group.

Interestingly, I've found a distinct paternal Southeast Québec leaning cluster of French-Canadians without ties to Louisiana or Haiti if you had expected this to be Great Upheaval-related, but New England, and FC/PR mixes, which is interesting because I have a close cousin at about 350 cm who has the Southeast Québec French settlers journey on my dad's side, but just 7% of the related ancestry, which is Cornish, Netherlands, and northwestern Germany for him and the Québec region at 7% for me, which ancestry claims is Paternal and chunky on my chromosomes. I noticed it stole from my dad's northern Spain, Wales, and Basque.

I have hundreds of French-Canadians/Puerto Rican mixed cousins from Mass/Connecticut/New Hampshire and they are mostly unassigned but noticeably paternal over maternal-leaning.

What do you think? My dad says he has a dad with a "blonde, green eyed, pale" mom and sister and the dude is 6ft tall and I'm largely of Iberian descent.
