The Mavericks are playing above expectations and there’s drama in Los Angeles within the Lakers organization in what could be LeBron’s final season in the NBA.

I really hate the logic behind player of the week as Jayson Tatum literally had a better week in the East than Giannis and his team had more success during the week. Same with Luka in the West but it is what it is. I also included two weekly news stories that I put together as well for how some teams are doing in the league.

Yes, I’m aware that the score lines are very high. I’m trying to figure out the balance between realistic score lines and individual player statistics.

I like to use the real life NBA as a base and then adjust my storylines from there as my league evolves with emerging contenders, stars, injuries, team transactions, etc. A.I helps me to visualize the narrative of these storylines in a more compelling way that is filled with color and life. Is it perfect? Absolutely not but it’s better than nothing.
