Strategy or Product Management Long-term

Which is the better long term play in healthcare/medical companies. Strategy or Product Management? I have an offer as full remote corporate strategist for 100k (meh benefits), that has greater interaction with execs and opportunities to exit into leadership roles later or a remote Senior PM at 140k (okay benefits) requires 2-3 days of travel a month.

Kind of torn. I’m currently in product, but was previously in more of a long-term Strategy and Ops role at a startup and enjoyed it. I’m not sure if the experience I had at the startup will be anything like strategy in a larger bureaucratic environment. Hard to say no to $40k more also.
