A month ago I noticed bird doo on my driver front tire and wheel. Today I pulled out the 5th or 6th attempt at birds building nest in my engine bay. So far I’ve tried using all purpose netting from Tractor supply that I just throw in my wheel well every time I get home from work and today the deviant avians figured out how to move it out of the way and slip in.

Has anyone ever experienced such aggressive nest building before? What’s your best method to keep them out? I’ve witnessed them fly in 10 minutes after I’ve gotten home, no idea what kind of bird it is but it’s black with a crescent tail.
