I was under a long cut for 3 ish years till January 2026. Broke my leg and decided to bulk while healing because a caloric deficit while healing is a bad idea. Went on a surplus for 4 months, lifted heavy to failure on the upper body, and prioritized my arms, chest, and side delts.

I feel like I didn’t put on any significant size, granted 4 months is nothing. The disappearing six pack was killing me though so I went on a mini cut around late April. That being said, I have a binge eating issue so the cut hasn’t been the most consistent.

I think I looked best in January. I’m planning on continuing the cut for at least another week but need some opinions if I should continue to bulk slowly or go back to cutting.
