Showers
I do not have diagnosed POTS, although it was brought up after wearing a heart monitor and she said my heart rate while showering was concerning, I thought everyone felt lightheaded in the shower but I guess just me. Anyway, my question is does anyone else go through this in the shower? If so, how do you feel better? I take such quick showers because I cannot stand standing there for more than 10 mins. Thank you!
