Studying at the gym!
I was completely out of time so I brought my notes to the gym. I'm sort of lucky since there were only few people the time I was there. I would look utterly ridiculous to everyone else if ever. The physical distraction forces your brain to lock in harder on the text just to block out the workout monotony. I can say it’s pretty effective
Anyone else tried doing active-study combos like this? T'was great since it is the first time my attention span didn’t snap

Concerned that my sister’s manifestation beliefs are becoming obsessive...looking for advice.
My sister has become heavily involved in manifestation content, specifically the idea that she can attract her "boyfriend" who ghosted her and told her they won't work out(which i believe is just a situationship but she calls him her boyfriend) back to her life through thoughts, affirmations, and subliminals(they met online).
Recently, that guy unexpectedly texted her again. She sees this as proof that her manifestation practices worked, rather than considering other explanations (such as him simply deciding to reach out on his own).
She said that she simply maintained no contact with him cuz she "knew" he will come back and that was because she's been manifesting. She’s also encouraging other people to believe that persistence in manifesting a specific person will eventually make that person return.
From my perspective, this seems less like a healthy coping mechanism and more like a form of confirmation bias, where any outcome that matches her expectations is treated as proof while alternative explanations are ignored.
Has anyone dealt with a family member or friend who became deeply invested in manifestation community?
