The new Gem sack is giving unlimited amounts of opals, jades, and red topaz.

I believe it's linked to sapphires, emeralds, and rubies. If I have 10 rubies I can pull 10 red topaz an unlimited number of times.

Edit: I am a UIM and as someone pointed out in the comments UIMs have a unique interface to pick which gems to pull. Looks like that's probably where it is.
