I take liquid MB each morning to wake me up / clear brain fog and general brain health, but at half the regular dose to avoid potential toxicity.

I have ground up Syrian Rue seeds and am planning on soon consuming 2-3 g orally to see the effects before I combine it with vaping DMT to intensify and prolong the DMT experience.

My question is - I heard MB is dangerous to consume regularly when taking another MAOI like Syrian Rue. How many hours / days should i quit taking MB before it’s safe to try out the Rue? Or is the concern overblown?
