BIKE CHECK

Check out my pride and joy, because i'm bored

Federal lacey frame 20.5 probably from like 2016? Not sure. Bought it for £40 on ebay

Shadow vultus sg bars 9''

Stolen clutch stem (i love it)

Federal assault 22 forks

Eclat trippin front rim with salt plus hub. Think it came stock with an old wtp

Eclat rear hub 9t (cant remember name but its a rare one. Try and identify if you can) with a servo hub protector

Merrit battle rear rim

Primo alvx seat

Wtp stock seat post

Eclat sniper one finger lever

Eclat device u brake (fits big tyres)

Xposure linear cable i had to cut down cause it was very long

Eclat diesel chain

United bike co sprocket 28t

2x2.4 s&m mainline tyres

United 2x miki metal pegs

Primo Churchill 165mm cranks

Mid bb

Rant headset

S&m hoder grips worn as f**

S&m hoder plastic pedals

I love this thing. Not the lightest but solid as a rock. I can lob it about and put all my trust in it despite the 2nd hand and aging frame. But if lacey rode that frame I know its solid af! Only problem is i wanted all black and did have a black Sunday front wheel but this stock Eclat one runs so smooth.

Brake calipers causing a RACKET

Recently decided to put brakes on. Got a linear cable running down to eclat device calipers on my rear.

They look great and work okay (have loosened up after some use and need readjusting) but the pads against my rim are SO LOUD that i'm frightening ladies on the pavement and people are making fun of me outside pubs.

Any tips to reduce noise? Is it because one side of my rim has no paint due to a worn caliper scratching it down in the past?

Help is much appreciated
