I’ve been getting quotes to remove some asbestos insulation boards from our garage and the quotes are quite insane.

There’s a relatively small amount concentrated on a wooden beam and a single panel above the garage door.

I’ve had a few quotes come in from £4-6k and that it will take 1 - 2 days!

I had a lone company quote £880 but not sure they are fully licensed.

Do these prices seem right?!

I'm getting a quote on asbestos insulation panel removal (It's mainly on the wood panel and the end wall above the door).

What do you think would be a reasonable price for this out of interest?
