Hi I am curious! :) excited for her concert

When I was growing up I would love Demi Lovato, but haven’t followed her recently. I found out she will be coming to my town. So am curious if it’s worth going?

I am curious, as to be honest I can never stick to a workout routine. I always start then get bored - I have to find an activity. So pole is really my whole body workout. But yes - know working out outside is better.

So I’m wondering other peoples experiences if you noticed any visible arm gains? I personally feel I did gain a bit of arm muscle - but not super visible. I feel more arm definition!
