- Fixed an issue where the tooltip displayed a max shred amount off by a factor of 10.

- Max Level: 3 -> 2
- Level 3 already didn't do anything more than Level 2, so this won't troll you anymore.

Shrink Engine
- Stacks lost on Death: 50/0% -> 65/65%
- Still has its level 2 upgrade available, similar state to Panic Room until now.
Spin Me Right Round
- Nothing changed this patch, but I realized I never listed changes from ARAM: Mayhem
- Damage: Wiki notes level scaling 15-75, but it should be 15 flat. Has been disabled for a while so I do not have the means to double check without seeing it in-game randomly.
- AD Ratio: 15% bonus AD -> 22.5% bonus AD
- Collision Radius (Edge-to-Edge): 50 units -> 25 units
- Cooldown: 10 seconds -> 15 seconds
Upgrade Hubris
- Healing: 1% missing Health -> 3% missing Health
Weighted Popoffs
- Cooldown: 5 seconds
- No indication of what has a cooldown, likely per spell instance if this goes through.

- Bonus AS: 35% (+5% per 100 AP) -> 25% (+5 per 100 AP)
