Trying different things I've seen on here

Trying different things I've seen on here

Wanted to have a go at different styles/techniques. Yes all in one picture. I'm quite pleased with it - especially the dusty bookcases.

The robot bear has maybe too many rivets and I don't like the flooring...anyone else get to a certain point and find they have to find the motivation to finish the picture? I usually colour the bits I enjoy, so I have quite a few unfinished pages 😬

Just returned from a long weekend in Porto, where I took my new camera for its first outing.

Arguably Porto is one of the most photogenic places! And we were blessed with bright sunshine most of the weekend.

I'm a novice, with zero knowledge. But before going I tried to read/learn a little bit about ISO, aperture etc, I even read my camera manual on the plane...but I'm not going to lie, it didn't go in my brain. So I thought I would just play around so that next time I read it, I might have some practical reference to try and make it stick. Some I used auto, but others I used manual mode and just played with the settings until it looked right.

I'm just sharing on here for some feedback, if anyone has any. If not then in case anyone just enjoys looking at the photos - which I've been doing on all the other posts 🙂
