I'm currently making a baby cardigan from sirdar 273 (design e). I'm just a bit confused about the increases, does the last paragraph mean I'm adding stitches on the 4th row as well as 5th and 9th? And does it mean when I have 78 stitches I stop increasing completely??

... maybe I've been looking at it for too long but I'm a bit confused- any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
