Self sabotage after good days
I have noticed this trend that often when I have good days and do stuff, I stay awake until late and then am tired the next days and it immediately kills any positive momentum I might build.
Sleep is a big problem for me, so any relapse to staying up late and getting little sleep is bad.
Can anyone relate and maybe offer an explanation or even a strategy to combat it?
