Ugreen Nexode 300 pro - thermal images @ sustained 140 and later - 30 minutes 200W

I have bought the charger attracted by current sale (125 Euro, cable gratis). Needed something for charging drone batteries, also DC output would make a nice laptop charger backup if needed.

First I have decided to go for a thermal test. Popped AC into DJI Power 1000 output and USB-C into input. Unfortunately the less than 100% efficiency didn't allow me to get free energy ;) .

Test conditions: Ambient 23C. Slight air movement (open window).

Test rig: DJI Power 1000 as receiver (and AC power supply as well).

For 140W one cable with 100W certification, one ordinary (the angled one).
For 200W I have plugged another one with 100W cert (unplugged the basic cable)
Photos taken with Thermal Master P3 camera.

- 140W test: One USB-C cables placed into 120W port (I have manually set the ports for 120+120+40 watts)
Output 100W nominally/98 according to charger/93 accoding to Power 1000) and 40W (39/36).

For 200W; 140+140W output, both giving 98/99 by charger / 93/94 by Power 1000)
Unfortunately my USB tester decided it is a time to give up. It was 20-20.1V at the output according to charger with 4.9+ amps.

Note: DJI Power have 2X100W USB-C inputs, so couldn't test more than it. No test loads, I am poor ;).

The charger is heavy, heating up takes some time. After an hour the temperature was still increasing. The final 140W photos I made after 90 minutes:

140W:

140W/90min

140W/90min

140W/90min

After that, I placed the cable in port2,

140W/90min+200W/30min

140W/90min+200W/30min

140W/90min+200W/30min

... and unfortunately I had to go sleep then, so that concluded the test. The temperature inside is a little disturbing, especially since it was charging @ 2/3 nominal power...
