Heya, I've been looking for a 280mm AIO and really wanted to go with the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro, but because of its 38mm radiator I fear running the fans below 1000 RPM could cause poor performance due to low static pressure compared to slimmer radiators. Sadly there's not really a lot of reviews testing these low fan speeds.

My room's noise floor is around 25-30 dB and I'd ideally want my PC not changing that by a lot.

Logically thinking, wouldn't a thinner radiator perform better here due to lower airflow resistance?
