Looking for Roommates for July 1st

Hi - My current lease in West Harlem ends on June 30th, 2026. I am looking to move to a new apartment and wanted to find a roommate or two who may also be looking to sign a lease on a new apartment starting in July 2026.

I'm 29, and I am writer/filmmaker currently working full time retail at the moment. My only big nonstarter is I have cat allergies, so please no cats, but I do love dogs and other animals. Preferably no couples - a big part of the reason I will not be renewing my current lease is because I am now living with two couples who were not living here when I initially signed onto the lease two years ago. Otherwise, I am pretty flexible. I mostly keep to myself at home - usually I'm watching a movie or writing or spending time out of the house.

My budget is no more than $1400 individually (so $2,800 total if 2 additionall roommates, or $4200 total if 3).

Please feel free to DM me if interested. Would love to get to know some people over coffee and see if we could be a good fit to find a place together.

I am also open to subleases, but preferably looking for potential roommate(s) who will be looking to find something starting July 1st.
