Wife and I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with fries at a HabitBurger in Arizona. We ordered dine in and waited over 35 minutes for our order. We asked multiple times why our order was taking so long and the response was they are prioritizing door dash orders first.

I noticed an elderly couple come to the register and waiting for someone to help them order. They were confused at how to use the kiosk, so I offered to help them but also said how long it has been taking to receive our food. They decided to leave because many people were getting upset.

Not sure what this world is coming to but I don’t like it one bit.
