Am I missing a setting somewhere, or is there really no way to get an exact date/time to display in Nautilus for files?

All of my files for modification and creation have these vague "XX days/months/years ago" designations. I would like to be able to see the actual date and time to use as a sorting option and filter.

Doable? If not, alternatives?

Thanks

The amount of vines I have to chop down every few weeks

I live in a geo and climate where pothos grows rapidly and needs regular trimming to prevent my house from becoming a tangled mess.

Would give y'all cuttings if not for distance and customs hassles. 🌱

Is my ambient temperature (30°C-35°C) too hot to ferment anything?

I live in a warm part of the world and our average ambient temperatures are going to be between 29°C | 84°F to 35°C | 95°F for the next few months.

Would yeasts like EC-1118 be able to tolerate this?

Any tips on fermenting in higher temperature environments?

All of this was propagated from a handful of cuttings I liberated from a shopping mall's courtyard a few years ago

The climate, humidity, and weather in my area are due all of the credit for this. Other than repotting them, I pretty much let them do their own thing.
