Kambal Inasal Foods Corp. is not paying their employee's mandatory benefits
This company has been up for almost 3 years now, owned by Stanley Umlas and several directors of their board including a Maria Cristina Marquez or commonly known by their clients as Cristy or Kristy.
They intentionally put "with complete benefits" on their job posting and when you're hired they will tell you that they will start the deductions on your 6th month. Eventually this deductions will not be remitted and will be refunded to you when you resign. But the refund will typically take you several months to a year to receive. Makikiusap ka pa ng ilang beses bago mo makuha.
I already resigned and matagal ko ng hindi pa nakukuha tong refund. Anong pwede kong gawin?
