I just noticed a strategic difference
The USA is extremely strong early game, with a powerful air-force, rapid deployment through vehicles and heli's, and very strong infantry.
Russia on the other hand, is usually very sluggish and expensive to set up, but once they set their AA , artillery and infantry up, they are EXTREMELY strong and hard to repel.
Usually , when the USA stomps Russia, its because they fought tooth and nail to NOT let Russia set up and relax, in order to hammer them with air.
