Novel where MC transmigrates into a ruling position and then immediately declares war on everyone.
I read this novel and deleted the file but forgot to add it to my library. Just for archival sake, I would like the source.
I don't remember much about it. I think there was some kind of fortune teller girl that joined him as well. I think he also lived numerous other lives trying to do something and failed with this one being the last one. Also had a system.
Frankly, it is so forgettable that maybe I shouldn't bother adding it to my library. Then again, maybe I should add it so I don't accidentally re-read it.
