Both have been at it for a while now. Two of the best. Pure comedy while still getting a great workout. They make the worst of NYC studios seem as good as the best. I say this because of no showers and the minuscule lobby! If you have the time to go back to back with them, on I believe tues/thurs, it’s a must try!

Please do not respond if you’re going to jump down my throat for asking. I realize many classes are just as good without the instructor riding. Thanks!
