Has anyone used this as an eyeliner?
I love doing colorful eyeliner but I feel since I've gotten a bit tanner, my red isn't as vibrant. I'm tempted to try this but I'm worried about my eyelids breaking out or having a bad reaction. Has anyone tried this or something similar on their eyelids?
