Rented from a local branch in Arkansas. Drove to Florida. Got a check engine light. Called, they said to bring it to the enterprise at the airport and they’d swap me into a different vehicle of the same class, they did. I get to the thing to pull out and the original contract is marked as closed. They swipe my card for $1 (odd) - I logged in tonight to see what my contract is set at, and according to the online portal, I have no active rentals. No contracts. No anything. I have a car, but no record of it. 😬 suggestions?
