Worst consultant experience ever
I had my appointment today at 11:30am I went in and waited so long, it's not the first time it's happened to me before. They usually would also take people who came in after me in before taking me in??! had a new consultant due to my old one moving to another area. I sat down and spoke with her she was so rude and dismissive, she thought I was lying about this job interview I was gonna do when I could show her proof. She then requested me to do work the dole for my activity requirement, I told her can I do an activity instead for that like it's listed there (keep in mind all my old consultants let me do one) she kept pushing the work for dole and forcing me. I called them up later today and asked to speak with her, ! explained to her this is the one I wanna do because it should be approved since it's an activity. She kept saying no and wasn't understanding my needs and requirements.
Not to mention the fact she was going at it with me on the phone and yelling at me making me feel like I'm some dumb child. She didn't need to be doing all that. I don't need to do work dole if I wanna do this activity that is allowed. She just kept pushing it onto me. I've been applying to jobs and all but she thinks I'm lying about that also. I've never ever had a problem with my other ones.
Has anyone had the same problem or just me? I'm literally not refusing to work, yet she keeps pushing work for dole.
She also brought up my family like it's my mum fault she's sick and has these problems so I gotta look after my siblings and do their tasks for them. This workforce thing is a whole mess and global skills is useless.
