I used crypto to pay for an order and then they locked the order and asked for my ID I do not know why do you ask for it after the money is sent and not before.

So I did not feel comfortable to send my ID so I just told them I do not want to do continue the order and refund me Money then the order was closed and they told me the money will be refunded in 3-7 days

after like 5 days they said they are not able to send payment in crypto back " we can give you balance in site" I did not agree to this because the product I needed is already gone they asked for my PayPal and I do not have one and sticked to same payment I paid with they said crypto wallet can be suspended ( which is almost impossible ) and they will send $5 first to be safe I said I want full amount in 1 transaction like I sent, after that they replied with "We will forward this to o ur finance team to inform them, and get back to you as soon as we have an update"

It has been like 18 days now and I never got any reply anyone know what should I do?

Hello hope you are all well. So like 2 months ago I was trying to get some people to make me a discord bot and a website and got some and they was sending me files as zip I was downloading an check what's in the files and send them to chatgpt to make sure they are safe and I always virus scan my laptop recently saw commands auto open like 5 times very fast and close in less than a second so I did full scan and found these one of them is Trojan I do not know anything about it but I searched and found it's a very risky malware I did not download anything in my laptop for like a month last things was the zip files and I did not notice any random logins to my crypto wallet or any accounts and I almost login bank account daily from chrome can someone tell me what happened or anything please I am really worried I deleted all zip files and did full scan again it did not detect anything but still what could this trojan thing do within this month and what should I do and am I safe now please help me guys I am in a really poor country can not afford to get drained again 😭
