If Panama Were A Netflix Show

I’m of the view that a lightly-fictionalized account of the Mulino presidency could make an excellent Netflix show. I’d call it Palace of Herons after the picturesquely named presidential abode and it would combine the high-stakes geopolitics of House of Cards with all the farce of Veep.

My next league game as Renegades coach is against Khorne. They have a few injuries, I can field 12 playera and have enough SPP to give my ogre block and my dark elf dodge. But if I do that, I'll be giving away 190k in inducements and, looking at the Wizard that seems like an automatic touch down killer. I think I have three options.

  1. take the 12 players and the skill ups, deal with the wizard

  2. take 12 players, hold off on block for ogre, take dodge for the DE and stay at 140k inducements

  3. take both skill upgrades, fire a lineman, field 11 players and stay at 140k

What would you do?

Finally, altho I always planned dodge for my DE i thought itd be pretty funny to take sidestep for this game against a frenzy team. Worth it?

I play Chaos Renegades and have a league game coming up against Amazon. I've only played two games and I don't have a single player with tackle or block. So it's going to be tricky!

I only have 10 players available but I have 100k in treasury.

I'm thinking of hiring a mercenary Human Lineman with tackle. So I get the math right here:

This would cost me 50K for the lineman, 30k for the Mercenary bit and then 50k for the additional tackle skill. 130k? And he'd have loner and only be available for one match? Can I buy him at the end for a fee?

Seems like a very expensive alternative to a journeyman.
