Was looking at this tear drop trailer and have no idea what this box is and was hoping for someone’s help also if you had suggestions on price would be appreciated, thanks for your time.

Teardrop Camper Trailer Little Guy 4 wide. 2009 well maintained never used in winter condition seems good condition (dirt on wheel not old), looking to purchase from someone not sure what price range I should be expecting. Thank you for any suggestions
