weird interviews - france
hello , if anyone went through with interviews with french ceos / recruiters
is it normal that i applied for one specifc ( fullstack offer ) all the questions were AI based , i answered them because i prepared for that because the offer has those constraints
but then he proceeds to tell me that actually the role has 0 AI tasks in it literally and you won't promise you you will even touch ai
and then he says if we are interested we will send a second interview ( in a very bored and ininterested way ) they probably won't
this is not the first time this happens actually , i ask for what type of interview they tell me HR and BAM technical just like that in the midlle
they are really not interested and bored during the interviews
he answered my answers with ca marche ca marche et just wanted to get it over with la akther la akal
how to deal with this pls ? and how can i improve and make them interested more at least
